摘　　要：目的分析艾盒灸特定穴位+评判性思维护理对于痔疮患者的护理效果。方法选取2020年1月至12月江西省上饶市中医院收治的80例痔疮手术患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。观察组在对照组基础上采用艾盒灸穴位护理+评判性思维护理,对照组采用常规护理,两组干预时间均为3个月。比较两组的护理效果优良率、切口愈合时间、护理满意度、疼痛评分、抑郁评分等指标。结果观察组护理3个月后的护理效果优良率(95.00%)高于对照组(77.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理2周后的切口愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理3个月后的护理总满意度(97.50%)高于对照组(82.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组的疼痛评分与抑郁自评抑郁量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组护理1周后的疼痛评分低于对照组,SDS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为痔疮手术患者实行艾盒灸穴位护理+评判性思维护理能促进切口愈合,缓解术后疼痛和抑郁心理,能提升护理效果与满意度。Objective To analyze the nursing effect of moxibustion box at specific acupoints(MBSA)combined with critical thinking nursing(CTN)for hemorrhoid patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with hemorrhoid surgery in Shangrao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the observation group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases)by random number table method.Patients in the observation group were treated with MBSA combined with CTN on the basis of the control group,while patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing.The intervention time of the two groups was three months.The excellent and good nursing effective rate,incision healing time,nursing satisfaction,pain score,and depression score were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good nursing effective rate in the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that in control group(77.50%)after three months of nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Incision healing time of observation group was shorter than that of control group after two weeks of nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group(97.50%)was higher than that of the control group(82.50%)after three months of nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistical significance in the pain score or the self-rating depression scale(SDS)score between the two groups before the nursing(P>0.05).After a week of nursing,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the SDS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MBSA combined with CTN for hemorrhoid patients can promote incision healing,relieve postoperative pain and depression,and improve nursing effect and satisfaction.
