摘 要:抛丸器结构的可靠性影响着抛丸器的工作效率和使用安全。为了验证抛丸器工作过程中结构的可靠性,先利用SolidWorks三维建模软件建立抛丸器三维模型并进行简化,再利用ANSYS有限元软件分析抛丸器,得到抛丸器的等效应力和总变形云图,最后通过模态分析得到抛丸器前6阶固有频率和振型。结果显示,抛丸器的强度和刚度均在材料的力学参数范围之内,且在额定转速下不会发生共振,因此装置整体结构设计能够满足使用要求。The reliability of shot blasting structure affects the working efficiency and safety of shot blasting.In order to verify the reliability of the structure in the working process of the shot blasting device,firstly,the three-dimensional model of the shot blasting device is established and simplified by using SolidWorks three-dimensional modeling software;Secondly,ANSYS finite element software is used to analyze the shot blasting device,and the equivalent stress and total deformation nephogram of the shot blasting device are obtained;Finally,the first six natural frequencies and vibration modes of the shot blasting device are obtained through modal analysis.The results show that the strength and stiffness of the shot blasting device are within the range of mechanical parameters of the material,and resonance will not occur at the rated speed.Therefore,the overall structural design of the device can meet the application requirements.
