导管架钢桩装船技术应用分析

摘　　要：钢桩是用于固定海上桩基式导管架的管式钢结构。随着钢桩吨位和长度的不断增加,装船形式发生了相应变化,现已产生了履带吊吊装、浮吊吊装和滚装等装船形式。因此,以海洋工程(青岛)有限公司现有场地能力及设备设施为基础,结合不同长度和吨位的导管架钢桩,通过对比和分析采用的技术和关键点,总结出一种较好的钢桩装船方式,可为后期同类项目的施工提供参考依据。Steel pile is a pipe type steel structure used to fix the offshore pile foundation type jacket.The integral assembly,butt joint length and shipment of steel pile are the key technologies for the construction of the jacket project.Based on the existing site capacity and equipment and facilities of the wharf of Offshore Oil Engineering(Qingdao)Co.,Ltd.,combined with the loading mode of jacket steel piles of several projects,this paper introduces the technology and key points used in the loading process of steel piles,which provides reference for the construction of similar projects in the later stage.
