摘　　要：针对目前普遍存在的PROTOS-GDX2机组细支卷烟日产能不高的问题,在对实际生产过程中积累的大量数据进行分析后,得出了导致PROTOS-GDX2机组产能低的原因,并提出了对搓板、劈刀盘和七号轮等组件的改良方案。通过实际生产数据验证得出,使用PROTOS-GDX2机组改良方案能够有效降低机组的停机次数与停机时长,显著提升机组的日产能[1]。In view of the common problem that the daily output of fine cigarettes in PROTOS-GDX2 unit is not high,based on a large amount of data accumulated in the actual production process,this paper analyzes the reasons for the low production capacity of PROTOS-GDX2 unit,and puts forward the improvement scheme for washboard,chopper head and wheel 7.Through the verification of actual production data,the improvement scheme of PROTOS-GDX2 unit proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the shutdown times and shutdown duration of the unit,and significantly improve the daily production capacity of the unit.
