摘  要:对3 mm的双相不锈钢进行激光焊接实验,单变量控制法改变激光功率、焊接速度和离焦量,观察不同工艺参数下焊缝宏观和微观的变化情况,研究激光焊接工艺参数对2205双相不锈钢焊缝成型的影响。研究结果表明:在离焦量为-5 mm、激光功率为2 kW、焊接速度为0.75 m•min^(-1)和离焦量为-5 mm、激光功率为1.5 kW、焊接速度为0.5 m•min^(-1)时焊缝成型良好,且接头的金相组织满足焊接要求。The laser welding experiment was carried out on 3 mm duplex stainless steel 2205.Through the single variable control method,by changing the laser power,welding speed and defocus amount,the macro and micro changes of the weld under different process parameters were observed,and the laser welding process parameters were studied.The influence of duplex stainless steel weld formation.The research results show that when the defocus is-5 mm,the laser power is 2 kW,the welding speed is 0.75 m·min^(-1) and the defocus is-5 mm,the laser power is 1.5 kW,and the welding speed is 0.5 m·min^(-1).The weld seam is well formed,and the metallographic structure of the joint meet the welding requirements.
