摘　　要：近海油气田设施对于布置在危险区Ⅱ类区域的设备均有严格要求,其必须严格按照GB 3836爆炸性环境系列国家标准和其他相关法规、规范等要求,采取有效的技术处理措施,以符合相应的防爆要求,防止发生易燃易爆事故。特别是针对风险系数更高的天然气生产平台要求更为严苛。受限于平台甲板可用面积,潜水系统必然会有部分关键设备需布置在平台危险区Ⅱ类区域的相应位置。因此,放置在平台危险区Ⅱ类区域内的关键潜水系统和设备需满足相关的防爆要求,同时必须符合相关潜水规范和标准的要求,才能进一步开展防爆A60防火常规空气潜水系统的技术研发。Offshore oil and gas field facilities will store,use,produce or handle a large number of combustible or explosive materials during production.Therefore,the explosion risk must be fully identified in the aspects of project design,division of explosion hazardous areas,equipment selection,installation,use,maintenance and repair,and effective technical response measures must be taken in strict accordance with the national standards of GB 3836 explosive environment series and other relevant regulations and specifications to prevent explosion accidents.The structure of offshore oil and gas field facilities has a clear division of explosion-proof areas and levels of facilities,and the safety requirements for equipment operating on oil and gas field platforms are becoming higher and higher.Relevant facilities should fully comply with the relevant specifications of mobile modules of offshore facilities,especially for natural gas production platforms with higher risk coefficient.Due to the limitation of the available area of the platform deck and the specification requirements,some key equipment of the diving system must be arranged in the corresponding position of the classⅡarea of the platform dangerous area.Therefore,the key diving systems and equipment placed in the classⅡarea of the platform dangerous area must meet the relevant explosion-proof requirements and the requirements of relevant diving specifications and standards before further developing the technical research and development of explosion-proof&fire protection A60 conventional air diving system.
