摘　　要：以热固性树脂实心棒高效离心浇注机为研究对象,利用机械学科理论知识设计运动方案,同时对机器中的模具、保温套和底架等零件进行尺寸设计计算和强度校核,设计了机器的温度控制系统;利用Pro/E软件进行各个零部件的三维建模,装配出离心浇注机三维模型进行动画仿真,并观察干涉问题。通过三维模型可知,各零部件之间没有干涉,运转良好,实现了离心浇注机50~1800 r•min-1的转速调节,以及不同温度的调节能够生产出热固性树脂实心棒。This paper takes the thermosetting resin solid rod high efficiency centrifugal casting machine as the research object.Firstly,it uses the theoretical knowledge of mechanical discipline to design the movement plan.At the same time,the size design calculation,strength check and temperature control of the mold,insulation sleeve,chassis and other parts in the machine are carried out.The system is designed;then the Pro/E software is used for three-dimensional modeling of various parts;finally,the three-dimensional model of the centrifugal casting machine is assembled,and the animation simulation is carried out to observe the interference problem and complete the entire centrifugal casting machine.Through the three-dimensional model,it can be seen that there is no interference between the various parts,and the operation is good.The centrifugal casting machine has a speed adjustment of 50~1800 r􀀀min-1 and the regulation of different temperatures are realized,which can produce a solid thermosetting resin rod.
