摘  要:在诸多工业环境中,多轴同步跟随运动的可靠性和精度是保障产品质量和生产效率的重点。基于西门子S7-1200可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC),采用TIA Portal V15编程软件,通过高速脉冲串输出(Pulse Train Output,PTO)和脉冲宽度调制(Pulse Width Modulation,PWM)控制伺服轴和步进轴的同步运动,利用主从结构实现伺服轴和步进轴的精确控制,从而达到同步跟随的运动效果。In many industrial environments,the reliability and accuracy of multi axis synchronous following motion has always been the focus of ensuring product quality and production efficiency.Based on Siemens s7-1200 programmable controller(PLC),TIA portal V15 programming software is adopted to control the synchronous motion of servo shaft and stepping shaft through pulse train output(PTO)and pulse width modulation(PWM),and the master-slave structure is used to realize the accurate control of servo shaft and stepping shaft,Achieve the effect of synchronous following motion.
