摘　　要：围绕压缩空气预冷机组典型故障分析与排除这一核心,从压缩空气预冷机组工作原理入手,分析制冷效果差、过载保护和低压保护等典型故障产生机理,并有针对性地提出了排除方法,最后凝练出该机组故障分析与排除的原则思路。The paper introduces the work theory of compress air precool device firstly,analyses the engendering mechanism of Typical malfunction of the low efrigeration effect and he safeguard of over loading and the safeguard of low pressure,surrounding the core of the typical malfunction analyse and debarment of the compress air precool device,brings forward the pertinency eliminating methods.The paper upgrades the principle and thought of malfunction analyse and debarment of the type of device finally.
