摘　　要：以中国装备制造业为例,分析其产业结构升级的对策建议,主要从绿色发展、完善环境规制体系、将环境保护纳入地方政府官员晋升考核体系、完善正式环境规制体系建设、倡导大众绿色生活和消费及因地制宜环境规制等方面出发,实现环境与经济的双赢,为中国装备制造业产业结构升级提供理论借鉴。Taking China’s equipment manufacturing industry as an example,the paper analyzes the countermeasures and suggestions for the upgrading of its industrial structure,mainly from green development,perfecting the environmental regulation system,including environmental protection in the local government official promotion assessment system,perfecting the construction of the formal environmental regulation system,and advocating Public green life and consumption and environmental regulations in accordance with local conditions,to achieve a win-win situation between the environment and the economy to carry out research,hoping to provide a theoretical reference for the upgrading of the industrial structure of China’s equipment manufacturing industry.
