摘　　要：给出人情稿的界定和分类,分析人情稿出现的原因,根据编辑与作者的关系,将人情稿分为领导推荐稿、专家推荐稿、同事推荐稿、朋友推荐稿和同学推荐稿.根据分类,结合工作实践,给出做好人情稿回复策略,给出做好人情稿的五点原则,即学术为主、顺其自然、规章制度、及时回复、意见中肯.Give the definition and classification of the human relations draft,and analyze the reasons for the emergence of the human relations draft,according to the relationship between editor and author,the manuscripts of personal relationship is divided into leader recommendation,expert recommendation manuscripts,colleague recommendation manuscripts,friend recommendation manuscripts and classmate recommendation manuscripts.According to the classification and the actual work,the paper gives strategy of how to do the manuscripts well,and gives five principles of doing the manuscripts well,namely,academic oriented,natural,rules and regulations,timely reply and appropriate opinions.
