摘　　要：一直以来,SolidWorks Composer多被作为展示软件,用于产品功能的展示与介绍。随着智能制造大背景下对数字化设计需求的提升,研发与试制生产的联动更加紧密,SolidWorks Composer能够在工业设计、生产制造等领域扩大适用性,起到沟通桥梁的作用。利用SolidWorks Composer虚拟装配与细节说明等功能,对产品的制造进行提前验证,降低企业生产试制成本,全面改善传统的工业沟通方式,有效提高企业生产效率。SolidWorks Composer is mainly used as a modeling and rendering software to show the feature of the product.However,under the development of intelligence manufacturing in MES factory,the interaction between R&D and production becomes much closer.Hence,it is necessary to generalize SolidWorks Composer in the field of assembly testing,design verification,communication support and the production availability,which could cut down the production cost while enhance the design efficiency to a great extent.
