摘 要:在BDO行业生产中装置排放的高浓度废水成分较为复杂,具有高甲醛、高CODCr。若直接进入厌氧水解酸化系统,极易造成对生化系统的冲击,出水水质不达标。文章结合BDO行业污水处理站高浓度有机污水处理工艺,现场实际运行情况,利用工业甲醛废水处理和脱除的方法,进行逐一试验、检测和处理效果的筛选,应用到原有污水处理工艺系统中,利用氧化反应池进行物理化学预处理,再经过后续物理沉淀及气浮处理方法除去杂质,降低废水中甲醛及其他毒性物质,减小对后续生化处理的冲击,提高废水可生化性,同时可使用电石装置产生的废弃石灰石废渣,有效的实现以废治废,达到节省成本和减少环境污染的目的。In the production of BDO industry,the components of high-concentration wastewater discharged by the device are more complicated,with high formaldehyde and high CODCr.If it enters the anaerobic hydrolysis acidification system directly,it will easily cause an impact on the biochemical system,and the effluent quality will not meet the standard.This article combines the high-concentration organic sewage treatment process of the sewage treatment station in the BDO industry,the actual operation situation on the spot,and uses the method of industrial formaldehyde wastewater treatment and removal to conduct one-by one test,detection and treatment effect screening,and apply it to the original sewage treatment process system.The oxidation reaction tank is used for physical and chemical pretreatment,followed by physical precipitation and air flotation treatment methods to remove impurities,reduce formaldehyde and other toxic substances in wastewater,reduce the impact on subsequent biochemical treatment,and improve the biodegradability of wastewater.The use of waste limestone waste slag generated by the calcium carbide device can effectively realize the waste treatment with waste,achieving the purpose of saving costs and reducing environmental pollution.
