摘  要:激光荧光法是环境水体中微量铀含量测定的标准方法,铀分析仪的工作条件会直接影响最终的分析结果。文章针对WGJ-Ⅲ型微量铀分析仪采用标准加入法测定水中铀的分析原理,对溶液pH值、环境温度、待测溶液浓度等影响测量精度的因素进行了探究。实验结果显示:室温20~27℃,待测溶液pH=3~7,待测溶液浓度0.30~1.00μg/L,开机0.5~3 h内测量。当样品溶液浓度为0.50μg/L时,可获得最佳的测量结果。在此条件下,对考核样品和实际样品进行了测量,均在不确定度范围内取得了满意的结果。Laser-induced Fluorimetry is a standard method for determination of trace uranium in environmental water.The conditions of the uranium analyzer directly affect the final results.In this paper,the WGJ-Ⅲtrace uranium analyzer was used to determine uranium in water with the standard addition method,and the factors that affect the measurement accuracy were explored,including pH value of the solution,the ambient temperature,and the concentration of the solution to be measured.The experimental results show that the conditions-include:the room temperature is 20-27℃,the pH of the solution to be tested is 3-7,the uranium concentration of the solution to be tested is 0.30-1.00μg/L,and the warm-up time of the analyzer is 0.5-3 h.When the concentration of the sample solution is 0.50μg/L,the best measurement results can be obtained.Under these conditions,the test samples and actual samples were measured,and satisfactory results were obtained within the uncertainty.
