摘 要:为了解决海上无人平台注水井反洗的问题,渤海S油田的无人平台C16井应用了注水井不动管柱洗井技术,该技术针对常规注水井进行不动管柱反洗井作业,可减少无人平台修井频次从而节约施工费用,能够有效清洁井底的杂质和水垢,防止管柱和注水层位的堵塞,实现注好水、注够水的目标,保持地层能量充足。该技术的成功应用,降低了后期注水井解堵增注的成本,减少了作业工期,提供了一种注水井解堵增注的新思路,具有重要的推广价值。In order to solve the problem of offshore unmanned platform backwashing water injection,well C16 application of unmanned platform in Bohai S oil field injection well fixed string wash well technology,the technology for conventional injection wells in the fixed string backwashing operation,which reduces the unmanned platform workover frequency of saving construction cost,can effectively clean impurities and scaling of bottom hole,to prevent the tubing string and the water flooding layer of congestion,to achieve the goal of good water and injection water enough,keep the formation energy is enough.The successful application of this technology reduces the cost of plugging and increasing injection of water injection wells in the later period,reduces the operation period,and provides a new idea of plugging and increasing injection of water injection wells,which has important popularization value.
