摘　　要：本着石化行业抗爆控制室的安全性,自控机柜室等重要房间空调设计参数的要求及消防排烟等特点,根据实际设计项目中取得的经验,论述了相应的空调、通风系统方案,包括风冷恒温恒湿空调、化学过滤机、抗暴阀、管道式排风机等设备的特点、选用原则及设备布置,以及空调、通风系统的运行方式和自动控制方式。同时由于控制室、机柜室的重要性,对于墙体的抗冲击性能有很高的要求,导致抗爆结构墙体开洞有了严格的要求。为了保证室内的空气质量,确保人员的健康工作环境,暖通专业的设计在保证空气质量的过程中起到了非常大的作用。Based on the safety of anti-explosion control room in petrochemical industry,the requirements of design parameters of air conditioning in automatic control cabinet room and other important rooms,as well as the characteristics of firefighting and smoke exhaust,and according to the experience obtained in the actual design project,the corresponding air conditioning and ventilation system schemes are discussed,including the characteristics of air-cooled constant temperature and humidity air conditioning,chemical filter,anti-riot valve,pipe exhaust fan,etc.Selection principle and equipment layout,as well as operation mode and automatic control mode of air conditioning and ventilation system.At the same time,due to the importance of the control room and cabinet room,there are high requirements for the anti-impact performance of the wall,resulting in strict requirements for the opening of the anti-explosion structure wall.In order to ensure the indoor air quality and the healthy working environment of personnel,the design of HVAC specialty plays a very important role in the process of ensuring the air quality.
