摘 要:碱洗塔的主要作用是脱除酸性气体,在现阶段,LORP装置中黄油的生成机理得到普遍认同有几种情况,包括不饱和烯烃如丁二烯等发生聚合反应以及醛类酮类等氧化物在一定碱浓度的条件下发生醛酮缩合反应,从而生成链增长的大分子聚合物,还有冷凝或溶解在碱溶液中的双烯烃或其它不饱和烃在痕量氧含量的条件下生成交联聚合物。文章针对黄油生成机理进行系统分析,在生产过程中对碱洗塔操作进行优化,为烯烃分离装置长周期优质运转创造条件,并提出合理化措施。The main function of the alkaline washing tower is to remove acid gas.At the present stage,there are several situations in which the formation mechanism of butter in the LORP device is generally recognized,including unsaturated olefin,such as butadiene and so on,which take polyreaction,and aldehyde ketone and other oxides in the condition of a certain basic solution concentration happen aldehyde ketone condensation reaction.Then The result is a large polymer with chain growth.There are also diolefins or other unsaturated hydrocarbons condensed or dissolved in alkaline solutions that produce tradable polymers in the presence of trace oxygen.This academic dissertation conducts a systematic analysis on the mechanism of butter formation,to optimize the operation of the alkaline washing tower in the production process,to create conditions for long-term and high-quality operation of segregation of olefines and put forward rationalization measures.
