化纤高黏浆反应性能检测分析

摘　　要：经济水平及科学技术水平的提升,为各大行业发展营造了良好的经济环境及技术环境,该形势下中国造纸行业也得到了快速发展,在造纸技术、性能检测技术等方面也得到了完善,使得用于造纸的化纤浆性能不断得到提升。竹浆粕、木浆粕常见的化纤浆类型,已经被广泛应用于化纤行业,并取得了良好的应用效果,不仅提高了化纤产品的聚合度及性能,还提高了化纤产品的品质及稳定性,使得化纤产品能够满足人们的各种需求。但部分化纤浆的反应性能指标检测标准及方法还达不到国家和行业的检测要求,导致不合格化纤高黏浆进入化纤产品生产环节,影响化纤产品的品质和稳定性,所以为了能检测化纤高黏浆的反应性能,文章提出过滤阻值K_(W),以此来表述化纤高黏浆反应性能,并确定过滤阻值测定方法,提高化纤高黏浆反应性能检测准确性。The development of economic level and scientific and technological level has created a good economic environment and technical environment for the development of major industries.Under this situation,China's paper industry has also developed rapidly,and the paper-making technology and performance testing technology have also been improved,so that the performance of chemical fiber pulp used in paper-making has been improved.Bamboo pulp and wood pulp,common types of chemical fiber pulp,have been widely used in chemical fiber industry,and have achieved good results.They not only improve the degree of polymerization and properties of chemical fiber products,but also improve the quality and stability of chemical fiber products,so that the chemical fiber products can meet people's various needs.However,the testing standards and methods of reaction performance indexes of some chemical fiber pulps can not meet the testing requirements of the state and industry,resulting in unqualified high viscosity fiber entering the production process of chemical fiber products,which affects the quality and stability of chemical fiber products.Therefore,in order to measure the reaction performance of chemical fiber high mucilage,this paper puts forward the value of filtration resistance(K_(W))to describe the reaction performance of chemical fiber high mucilage,and determines the measurement method of filtration resistance value to improve the accuracy of detection of chemical fiber high mucilage.
