摘  要:根据50 MW抽凝式汽轮机的运行工况,判断出了汽轮机无法接待负荷的原因:主要原因为汽轮机调节级结垢造成通流面积减小;并分析了结垢对汽轮机造成的危害。同时根据公司汽轮机运行情况及检修周期,确定清垢方案,从检修周期、经济效益各方面考虑,最终选择揭缸不吊转子用水枪水洗结垢。According to the operation condition of 50 MW extraction condensing steam turbine,the reason why the steam turbine can not receive the load is determined.The main reason is that the flow area of the steam turbine is reduced due to scaling in the governing stage of the steam turbine.The harm of scaling to the steam turbine is analyzed.According to the company's steam turbine operation and maintenance cycle,the cleaning scheme was determined.Considering the maintenance cycle and economic benefits,the cylinder was removed without lifting the rotor,and the scale was cleaned with water gun.
