摘　　要：斗式提升机是一种提升粉末、颗粒物的垂直输送机械,亦称为斗提机。物料经设备从机尾进料口进入料斗,随着输送链条提升到顶部,绕过头轮旋转后向下翻转卸料,将物料从出料口排出,以实现卸料。特点是驱动功率小,采用流入式喂料、诱导式卸料、大容量的料斗密集型布置,在物料提升时几乎无回料和挖料现象,因此无效功率少。Bucket elevator is a kind of lifting powder,particles of the vertical transport machinery,also known as bucket elevator.The material enters the hopper from the inlet of the tail of the machine through the equipment.With the belt or chain being lifted to the top,the material of the hoist is discharged from the discharge port to discharge the material.It is characterized by low driving power,adopting inflow feeding,inductive discharging,large capacity hopper dense layout,almost no material back and digging in the material lifting,so less ineffective power.
