摘　　要：变压器出现运行的故障问题之后会直接影响化工厂生产的诸多环节,同时为工作人员带来较为严重的安全隐患。因此,在文章的分析中,主要基于煤化工的生产加工过程中,所使用的变压器在出现故障问题之后,所以需要开展的一系列处理与预防手段进行针对性防范与处理,进而全面的保障变压器可以有着较高的安全性。After the failure of the transformer,many links will directly affect the chemical production of Du coal mine and bring serious safety risks to the staff.Therefore,in the analysis of this paper,in the production and processing process based on coal chemical industry,the series of treatment and prevention methods,and the comprehensive guarantee of the transformer can have high safety.
