集油储罐腐蚀原因分析与防护措施

摘　　要：文章分析了储油罐底板以及底圈壁板出现腐蚀问题的原因,包括原油成分分析、油罐底板和底圈板内部表层腐蚀、油罐底板和底圈板外部表层腐蚀,提出了储油罐腐蚀防范措施,包括油罐底板和底圈板内层保护、油罐底板和底圈板外层保护、罐底边缘板防腐措施。This paper first analyzes the causes of corrosion problems,including crude oil composition analysis,internal surface corrosion of oil tank bottom plate and bottom ring plate,and external surface corrosion of oil tank bottom plate and bottom ring plate.The corrosion protective measures of oil storage tank are put forward,including oil tank bottom plate and bottom ring plate inner layer protection,oil tank bottom plate and bottom ring plate outer layer protection.
