摘　　要：电石炉尾气循环利用已经成为电石生产工艺主流方向,电石炉尾气净化装置也呈现多元化发展趋势,但在实际使用过程中设备出现高温损坏、设计参数与实际运行工况偏离等因数,容易导致装置故障频发,不能持续稳定运行。The recycling of calcium carbide furnace tail gas has become the mainstream of calcium carbide production process,and the purification device of calcium carbide furnace tail gas also presents a diversified development trend,but in the actual use process,the equipment appears high temperature damage,design parameters deviate from the actual operation conditions and other factors,resulting in frequent failures of the device,which can not continue to operate stably.
