摘 要:结合SH/T 3081—2019《石油化工仪表接地设计规范》新版变化内容,介绍了仪表接地的种类和作用的新变化。以实际工作中遇到的因接地引起的仪表控制系统故障为例,通过仔细分析故障原因,讨论了仪表及控制系统接地的抗干扰作用、相关的接地原则、工程设计和实施的注意事项。有效可靠的仪表接地,更加有利于仪表控制系统提高抗干扰能力,减少不必要故障和误差的出现,能使仪表控制系统长期、稳定地运行。Based on the new edition of SH/T 3081—2019“code for design of instrument grounding in petrochemical industry”,this paper introduces the new changes in the types and functions of instrument grounding.Taking the instrument control system fault caused by grounding in practical work as an example,through careful analysis of the fault causes,the anti-interference effect of instrument and control system grounding,relevant grounding principles,and matters needing attention in engineering design and implementation are discussed.The effective and reliable instrument grounding is more conducive to improving the anti-interference ability of the instrument control system,reducing the occurrence of unnecessary faults and errors,and making the instrument control system run stably for a long time.
