摘　　要：基于我国规模以上工业企业的面板数据,利用中介效应与调节效应检验程序,实证分析了社会平均工资水平对企业创新投入意愿的影响作用,以及劳动力规模在两者关系中的第三效应。研究发现:工资水平上涨对企业创新投入意愿产生了比较明显的抑制作用,而劳动力规模在两者经济关系的变化过程中不仅存在着部分遮掩效应,还具有明显的调节作用,从经济影响层面来看,劳动力规模的扩大会进一步增强工资水平对企业创新投入的抑制作用。提出企业要根据市场环境需求加快制定技术革新策略,而政府部门要注重从财政与税收层面基于相关的政策支持,削弱工资上涨对经济利润的冲击力,减轻社会平均工资对企业发展的外部约束,促进经济增长方式的优化转型。Based on the panel data of industrial enterprises above designated size in my country,this paper uses the test procedures of intermediary effect and moderating effect to empirically analyze the influence of social average wage level on the willingness of enterprises to invest in innovation,and the third effect of labor scale in the relationship between the two.The study found that rising wages have a relatively obvious inhibitory effect on the willingness of enterprises to invest in innovation,and the scale of labor not only has a partial masking effect in the process of changes in the economic relationship between the two,but also has an obvious regulatory effect.From the perspective of economic impact It can be seen that the expansion of the labor force will further enhance the inhibitory effect of wage levels on enterprise innovation input.It is proposed that enterprises should speed up the formulation of technological innovation strategies in accordance with the needs of the market environment,while government departments should focus on relevant policy support from the fiscal and taxation levels to weaken the impact of rising wages on economic profits and reduce the external constraints of social average wages on enterprise development.Promote the optimization and transformation of economic growth mode.
