摘  要:为了研究具有输出电压调节、主动热量耗散、充电接头便捷替换的万能快捷智能充电器,结合单片机AT80C52、电机驱动芯片ULN2003A、变换器DCDC、温度传感器DS18B20的特点设计控制电路,选用内置微型风扇和在壳体上预置进出风口的方式,在充电器工作温度高于预设温度阈值的条件下能够自动进行风力散热,同时利用LM016液晶显示屏实时显示输出电压或当前温度数据,通过磁吸式结构和单片机控制下的变换器电压调节,能够完成不同充电电压移动设备间的充电,实现不同充电接口的快速转换。万能快捷智能充电器重量较轻、外部轮廓较小、携带方便,具有一定的实用价值。n order to study the universal quick intelligent charger with output voltage regulation, active heat dissipation and convenient replacement of charging connector. The control circuit was designed according to the characteristics of AT80C52 single chip microcomputer, DS18B20 temperature sensor, ULN2003A motor driver chip and DCDC converter. Automatic wind cooling start to work while the temperature above the preset temperature threshold. The output voltage or current temperature data in real time was showed by the LM016 liquid crystal display. The fast conversion of different charging voltages and various charging connectors between mobile devices was realized by magnetic structure and voltage regulation of converter controlled with single-chip microcomputer. The quick and intelligent charger was small in volume, light in weight, easy to carry and has certain practical value.
