摘  要:通过质控样品、加标回收试验、精密度试验和实际样本测定等一系列的试验,建立一种特殊医学用途配方食品中胆碱含量的测定。经测定,质控样的胆碱含量理论值与测定值在允许误差范围内,分别为170.5 mg/100 g与167.8 mg/100 g,测定结果说明试验可靠;质控样和样品的加标回收率均较高,说明该试验方法准确度较高、精密度良好;6个批次的特殊医学用途配方食品中胆碱的含量均满足相关的要求,该方法适合检测该类产品中的胆碱含量。A kind of determination of choline content was established in formula food for special medical purposes,by a series of experiments,such as quality control sample,labeled recovery experiment,precision experiment and actual sample determination.For the quality control sample,the theoretical and the measured results of choline content were within the allowable error range,respectively,170.5 mg/100 g and 167.8 mg/100 g,indicating that the experimental results were reliable.The standard recoveries of the experimental samples and the quality control samples all were higher,which indicated that the enzymatic colorimetric method has high accuracy and precision.The contents of choline in six batches of formula food for special medical use all met the relevant requirements,which indicated that enzyme colorimetric method could be used to detect the contents of choline in formula food for special medical purposes.
