摘 要:随着时代的发展和人民生活水平的提高,太阳能热水器已经成为大众生活的必需品。然而,应用最广泛的真空管非承压式太阳能热水器存在冬天管道易冻坏的问题,而目前的解决方法存在诸多弊端。本文利用模拟电路和数字电路等知识,设计一种集成电路,通过实现管内微型水循环,达到管内水温保持恒定的目的。这种新型太阳能热水器进出水管防冻系统可以有效解决冬天管道易冻坏的问题,同时避免资源浪费,为人们的生活带来便利。With the development of the times and the improvement of people’s living standards,solar water heaters have become a necessity for people’s lives.However,the most widely used vacuum tube non-pressurized solar water heater has the problem that the pipeline is easy to freeze in winter,and the current solutions have many drawbacks.This paper uses the knowledge of analog circuit and digital circuit to design an integrated circuit to achieve the purpose of keeping the water temperature in the tube constant by realizing the micro water circulation in the tube.This new type of anti-freezing system for the inlet and outlet pipes of solar water heaters can effectively solve the problem of easy freezing of pipelines in winter,avoid waste of resources,and bring convenience to people’s lives.
