摘 要:水电站技术供水系统是确保大型水轮发电机组四部轴承安全稳定运行和空气冷却器冷却水持续稳定供应的重要设备。针对径流式水电站汛期河道杂物多和供水管路易堵塞影响机组运行的问题,本文运用多源关联因素的大数据分析方法,建立了水电站技术供水系统故障预警预测模型,以实现技术供水系统故障的预警预测和故障的自动处置或自动推送处置方案。文章重点对技术供水系统故障产生的原因、解决方案、模型构建以及应用进行分析,以解决电力生产中的实际问题,也为行业内类似问题的解决提供参考经验。Technical water supply system is an important equipment to ensure the continuous and stable supply of cooling water for four bearings and air cooler of large hydro-generator set,which plays a vital role in the safe and stable operation of the unit..In view of the typical runoff power station in flood season river debris,water supply pipe is clogged,affecting the operation of units,by using multi-source correlation factors of the big data analysis method,technical water supply system of hydropower station is established the fault early warning and prediction model of,so as to realize the technical water supply system fault early prediction and automatic fault disposal or automatic push of the disposal scheme,so as to provide guarantee for the intelligent and independent operation of Water turbine generator set.This paper focuses on the causes of the problems,solutions,model construction and application of the analysis,to solve the practical problems in power production to find a feasible method,but also for the industry to solve similar problems,provide reference.
