哮喘儿童智能管理App使用时间影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的为有效防治儿童哮喘提供参考。方法选取医院门诊2018年6月至2019年2月就诊的哮喘患儿64例,由临床药师指导患儿监护人安装哮喘智能管理应用程序(App),以进行远程管理,并随访3个月。自行设计调查问卷进行调查,整理调查数据,并进行变量赋值,采用多重线性回归分析法建立哮喘智能管理App使用时间的影响因素模型。结果完成随访及问卷调查的患儿共53例,平均使用哮喘智能管理App时间为30.40 d;多重线性回归分析结果显示,体验满意可延长App使用时间[B=46.150,95%CI(31.095,61.204),P=0.000],监护人文化程度偏低会缩短App使用时间[B=-13.659,95%CI(-25.858,-1.460),P=0.029],监护人性别、年龄、家庭人均月收入对App使用时间无影响。结论临床药师在指导患儿监护人使用哮喘智能管理App时应充分考虑其使用体验感及患儿监护人的文化程度。Objective To provide a reference for the effective prevention and treatment of child with asthma.Methods A total of 64 children with asthma who visited the outpatient clinic in our hospital from June 2018 to February 2019 were selected.The clinical pharmacist guided the child's guardian to install the asthma intelligent management application(App)for remote management and the children were followed up for three months.A self-designed questionnaire was used for the survey,the survey data were sorted out,and the variables were assigned.The influencing factor model of the duration of asthma intelligent management App use was established by multiple linear regression analysis.Results A total of 53 children completed the follow-up and questionnaire survey.The average duration of using the asthma intelligent management App was 30.40 d.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that satisfaction with the device experience could prolong the duration of App use[B=46.150,95%CI(31.095,61.204),P=0.000],and the low education level of guardian would shorten the duration of App use[B=-13.659,95%CI(-25.858,-1.460),P=0.029].The guardian's gender,age and family per capita monthly income didn't affect on the druation of App use.Conclusion When guiding children's guardians to use the asthma intelligent management App,the clinical pharmacists should fully consider their use experience and the guardians'educational level.
