基于处方点评的某院心血管类中成药合理使用分析

摘　　要：目的促进医院心血管类中成药的合理使用。方法选取医院门急诊2020年7月至9月包含心血管类的中成药处方1127张,统计不合理处方,分析存在的问题,并提出应对措施。结果心血管类中成药处方中不合理处方占9.58%(108/1127),存在的问题包括适应证不适宜、用法用量不当、重复用药、疗程和用药时长不合理、中西药不合理联用和其他原因。结论应从加强人员培训与医院信息系统建设,规范和完善药品说明书,上市后进行临床再评价,完善处方点评制度等方面着手,促进合理用药。Objective To promote the rational use of cardiovascular Chinese patent medicines in a hospital.Methods A total of 1127 prescriptions of cardiovascular Chinese patent medicines in the outpatient and emergency department of our hospital from July to September 2020 were selected,the unreasonable prescriptions were counted,the existing problems were analyzed,and the countermeasures were put forward.Results Among the analyzed cardiovascular Chinese patent medicine prescriptions,the unreasonable prescriptions accounted for 9.58%(108/1127),the existing problems included inappropriate indications,improper usage and dosage,repeated medication,unreasonable treatment course and duration of medication,unreasonable combination of Chinese and Western medicines,and other reasons.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen personnel training and hospital information system construction,standardize and improve drug manuals,conduct clinical re-evaluation after listing,and improve the prescription review system to promote rational drug use.
