摘　　要：目的优选脂康颗粒中6种有效成分的提取工艺。方法以脂康颗粒提取液中橙黄决明素、绿原酸、芦丁、槲皮素、大黄酚、大黄素含量的综合评分值为考察指标,以乙醇体积分数、液料比、提取时间为考察因素,在单因素试验基础上运用Box-Behnken响应面法对脂康颗粒的提取工艺进行优化,并进行验证试验。结果最佳提取工艺为甲醇体积分数85%、液料比52∶1(V/m)、提取时间45 min;验证试验中,3批样品提取后的综合评分(92.31分)与预测值(90.58分)的相对误差为0.94%(n=3)。结论该方法简单,结果稳定,可用于脂康颗粒中6种有效成分的提取。Objective To optimize the extraction conditions of six effective components in Zhikang Granules.Methods The comprehensive score of the contents of aurantio-obtusin,chlorogenic acid,rutin,quercetin,chrysophanol and emodin in the extract of Zhikang Granules was taken as the investigation indexes,and the volume fraction of ethanol,liquid-solid ratio and extraction time were taken as the factors,the extraction process of Zhikang Granules was optimized by Box-Behnken response surface method based on the single factor test,and the validation test was conducted.Results The optimum extraction process was as follows:the volume fraction of methanol was 85%,the liquid-material ratio was 52∶1(V/m),and the extraction time was 45 min.In the validation test,the relative error between the comprehensive score(92.31 points)of three batches of samples after extraction and the predicted value(90.58 points)was 0.94%(n=3).Conclusion The method is simple and stable,which can be used for the extraction of six effective components from Zhikang Granules.
