玉溪选煤厂降低洗子块产品限下率的实践

摘　　要：阐述了兰花集团玉溪选煤厂块煤系统洗子块产品存在限下率高、影响销售的问题,通过对产品运输、储存和装车各环节的洗子块进行筛分试验,找出洗子块限下率高的原因;在产品筒仓、装车方仓等运输、转载环节,实施增设配仓带式输送机、改造螺旋溜槽,增加双层振动筛等一系列改造方法,从而降低了块煤系统洗子块产品限下率,提高了经济效益。The paper expounds the problems of high lower limit rate of washing sub-block products in the block coal system of Yuxi Coal Preparation Plant of Orchid Group,which affects sales.Through the screening test of washing sub-block products in transportation,storage and loading,the reason of high lower limit rate of washing sub-block is found out.A series of transformation methods,such as adding belt conveyors to distribution silos,transforming spiral chute and adding double vibrating screens,are implemented in the transportation and transfer links of silos and loading silos,so as to reduce the limiting rate of washing sub-block products in the block coal system and improve economic benefits.
