摘 要:母杜柴登矿井自2017年6月试生产以来,由于工作面涌水量不断增加,多次发生带有明水的煤埋压运输机机尾及井下煤仓窜仓等事故,导致系统无法生产,给矿井生产带来重大安全隐患。介绍了井下毛煤脱水的工艺,依据母杜柴登矿井井下条件,与原有运输系统衔接,建设了主要包括三级脱水和后续煤泥水处理的毛煤脱水系统。该系统投入生产以来,不仅可以完全脱去煤流中的明水,还可以将原煤水分控制在15%以内,解决了毛煤运输、存储的窜仓、倒流等安全隐患,同时也降低了对原煤洗选加工系统的影响。Since the trial production of the Muduchaideng Mine in June 2017,due to the continuous increase of water inflow from the working face,there have been many accidents such as the back of machine was covered by coal with visible water and the underground warehouse shifting,which caused the failure of the system to produce and great potential dangers to the safety production system.This paper introduces the process of dehydrating crude coal underground.Based on the underground conditions of the Muduchaideng Mine,it is connected with the original transportation system to construct a crude coal dehydration system that mainly includes three-stage dehydration and subsequent slime water treatment.Since the system was put into production,not only can the water in the coal stream be completely removed,but the moisture content of the raw coal can be controlled within 15%,which solves the potential dangers of crude coal transportation,warehouse shifting and backflow,and reduces the impact on the raw coal washing and processing system.
