摘　　要：斜沟煤矿选煤厂针对筛网沉降离心机保险销易折断而影响生产的问题,对沉降离心机进行了自动化升级改造,采用更换入料管路阀门、更换扭矩和振动传感器、增加PLC控制系统的方法对离心机进行硬件改造,同时对PLC系统进行自动入料控制软件设计。1个多月的稳定运行表明,改造后实现了筛网沉降离心机依据入料情况实时自动调整,摆脱了人工干预,降低了职工劳动强度,提高了选煤厂生产效率。Aiming at the problem that the safety pin of the screen sedimentation centrifuge is easy to break and affect the production,Xiegou Coal Mine Preparation Plant has carried out the automatic upgrading and transformation of the sedimentation centrifuge.The hardware transformation of the centrifuge is carried out by replacing the feeding pipeline valve,replacing the torque and vibration sensor and adding the PLC control system.At the same time,the automatic feeding control software of the PLC system is designed.The stable operation for more than one month shows that the screen sedimentation centrifuge can be adjusted automatically in real time according to the feeding situation,get rid of manual intervention,reduce the labor intensity of employees and improve the production efficiency of coal preparation plant.
