摘 要:对兖矿某单位2 t/h链条排炉给料部分进行分级热解气化技术改造,通过168 h工业实验,对不同工况负荷烟气指标及燃尽率对比。结果表明:选择合适的气化风量,最佳效果下原始NOx排放能降低36.1%,层燃炉负荷越高越利于气化装置降低NOx排放,同时该技术可降低底渣烧失量82.86%,提高了燃料燃尽率,更经济。The feed part of a 2 t/h stokerfeed boile in Yankuang was reformed by staged conversion technology of coal pyrolysis and gasification applied,through 168h industrial experiment,the flue gas index and burnout rate under different working conditions are compared.The results illustrated that by selecting the appropriate gasification air volume,the original NOx emission can be reduced by 36.1%under the best nitrogen reduction effect.The higher the load of the layer combustion furnace,the more conducive to the nitrogen reduction of the gasification unit.At the same time,this technology can reduce the bottom slag loss of ignition by 82.86%,improve the fuel burnout rate and be more economical.
