摘  要:评价是教师教学过程的重要环节。教师的评价素养与学生的学习效果紧密相关。本文从语言教师评价素养内涵出发,通过三种概念模型的探讨,重新审视了教师语言评价素养的内涵以及概念框架,探讨了语言教师评价素养的发展机制,并指出了未来研究的趋势。本研究认为,我国应尽快明晰语言教师评价素养的本土化内涵,促进语言教师内生动力发展。Assessment is an important part of the instructional process and is closely related to students'learning effectiveness.This paper focuses on language teacher assessment literacy,reexamines its components and theoretical framework based on three conceptual models,and discusses its development mechanisms,thus predicting future trends in this field.The study believes that China should rapidly start contextualizing language teacher assessment literacy and promote the innate motivation of language teachers.
