摘  要:针对输电线路激光扫描数据质量检查工作量大、效率低、输电通道安全距离快速分析时效慢等问题,本文提出一套激光数据质量检查与快速分析方法。根据输电线路激光点云数据特点,开发工具对数据进行自动化检查;利用自动化检查的数据,对点云数据进行快速自动/人工交互分类,基于快速分类数据进行安全距离快速分析,为运维单位提供隐患报告。实验结果表明:该方法能有效提高数据质检和安全距离快速分析效率。Due to the high workload and low efficiency of laser scanning data quality inspection as well as the poor timeliness analyzing the safety distance of transmission lines,this paper proposes a complete workflow of laser scanning data quality inspection and rapid analysis.Firstly,point cloud data were inspected automatically by the developed tools which were based on the characteristics of laser point cloud data,and then the automated inspection data were quickly auto/manual interactive classified for producing the safety distance reports including hidden danger objects with regard to transmission lines.Finally,those safety distance reports were sent to the operation and maintenance units for further treatment.Experimental results showed that this method was effective to improve the efficiency of data quality inspection and fast analysis of safety distance significantly.
