摘 要:过去入河排污口主要靠人工地毯式排查,为解决人工排查强度大、效率低的问题,本文使用基于高分辨率影像的无人机遥感技术,在内业阶段先初步解译疑似排污口,再结合人工现场排查。经安徽省长江一二级支流排污口排查项目检验,解译排查成功率在80%以上,工作效率与纯人工排查相比,周期可缩短2/3。说明此方法能满足精确识别排污口的要求,可使排查效率提升,使排查工作变得有针对性,从而提高巡查效率。本文根据长江支流排污口项目对目前排污口解译的要点进行了总结,为河流的排污口解译、排查提供了参考。In the past,the sewage outlet into the river mainly relied on manual carpet inspection.In order to solve the problem of high intensity and low efficiency of manual inspection,uav remote sensing technology was used in this paper to preliminarily interpret the suspected sewage outlet in the internal industry stage based on high-resolution images,and then combined with the method of manual on-site inspection.According to the inspection project of sewage discharge outlets of the first and second tributaries of Yangtze River in Anhui Province,the success rate of interpretation and inspection is over 80%,and the working efficiency can be shortened by 2/3 compared with pure manual inspection.It shows that this method can meet the requirements of accurate identification of sewage outlet,improve the inspection efficiency,make the inspection work more targeted,and thus improve the inspection efficiency.Based on the sewage outlet project of Yangtze Tributary,this paper summarizes the main points of the current sewage outlet interpretation,and provides reference for the interpretation and investigation of the sewage outlet of the river.
