摘  要:咪唑盐聚离子液体具有优异的抗菌性能和较低的细胞毒性。传统咪唑盐聚离子液体以卤素作为阴离子,会在生物体内富集,具有潜在的毒性。本研究以1,4-丁二胺,乙二醛,甲醛,乙酸,丙酸,正丁酸,正戊酸,正己酸为原料,通过“醛-胺”缩聚“一锅法”反应将五种不同链长的羧酸接枝到烷基主链上,制备了聚丁基咪唑乙酸盐,聚丁基咪唑丙酸盐,聚丁基咪唑丁酸盐,聚丁基咪唑戊酸盐,聚丁基咪唑己酸盐五种咪唑盐聚离子液体。通过核磁共振氢谱和傅里叶红外光谱对其结构进行化学表征,并且通过最小抑菌实验以及细胞毒性实验比较其抗菌性能和生物相容性。实验结果表明,聚合物电荷密度随着羧基链上的烷基长度的增加不断增大,聚离子液体的抗菌性能也随之提高,且对其生物相容性没有影响。The imidazole salt based poly(ionic liquids)have excellent antibacterial properties and low cytotoxicity.Traditional imidazole salt based poly(ionic liquids)use halogens as anions,which will accumulate in organisms and have potential toxicity.In this paper,five kinds of imidazole salt poly(ionic liquids)(poly butyl imidazole acetate,poly butyl imidazole propionate,poly butyl imidazole butyrate,poly butyl imidazole valerate,poly butyl imidazole caproate)contained different chain lengths of carboxylic acid were fabricated by one-pot"aldehyde-amine"polycondensation reaction with 1,4-butanediamine,glyoxal,formaldehyde,acetic acid,propionic acid,n-butyric acid,n-valeric acid,n-hexanoic acid.The chemical structures of as prepared poly(ionic liquids)were characterized by proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and Fourier infrared spectroscopy.The antibacterial properties and biocompatibility of the poly(ionic liquids)were characterized through minimal antibacterial experiments and cytotoxicity.The experimental results show that with the increase of the length of the alkyl groups in carboxylic acid chain,the charge density of the poly(ionic liquids)also increases,resulting in high antibacterial effectivity of the poly(ionic liquids),while the biocompatibility of the poly(ionic liquids)are less effect.
