摘 要:为研究新型内压环索承网格结构在施工过程中的稳定性,以上海浦东足球场的内压环索承网格屋盖结构为研究对象,在ANSYS软件中建立结构有限元模型,对不同支撑方案下的结构进行了特征值屈曲分析和非线性稳定分析.结果表明,内压环索承网格结构未设置柱间支撑时,1阶屈曲特征值仅为0.001.柱间支撑可有效提高结构张拉完成态的稳定性.减少合龙段数量可提高结构稳定性,但会导致成形精度下降.采用包含结构柱间支撑、临时柱间支撑、外圈斜撑和屋面钢拉杆并考虑几何非线性和材料非线性的支撑方案时,结构安全系数为2.5;在此基础上增设合龙段交叉支撑,可将结构安全系数提高至3.0;这2种支撑方案均能够满足相关规范的要求.To study the stability of a cable-supported grid structure with an internal compression ring during construction process,taking the cable-supported grid roof structure of Shanghai Pudong Football Stadium as a research object,a finite element model was established by ANSYS soft.Eigenvalue buckling analysis and nonlinear stability analysis were carried out for the structure with different support schemes.The results show that the first-order buckling eigenvalue of the cable-supported grid structure with the internal compression ring without column braces is 0.001.Column braces can effectively improve the stability of the structure in the tension completion state.The reduction of the number of the closure sections improves the structural stability but reduces the forming accuracy.The structural safety factor using the support scheme containing the structural column braces,temporary column braces,outer ring braces and roof steel rods with considering the geometric nonlinearity and material nonlinearity is 2.5.By adding cross-supports for the closure sections of the support scheme,the structural safety factor can increase to 3.0.Both of these two support schemes can meet the requirements of the relevant specification.
