摘 要:以N-乙基咔唑-3-甲醛(CZ)为给电子基团,2-二氰基亚基-3-氰基-4,5,5-三甲基-2,5-二氢呋喃(TCF)为吸电子基团,通过Knoevenagel缩合反应合成了一种新型红外荧光探针CZ-TCF,并通过^(1)H NMR、高分辨质谱对其结构进行了表征。利用紫外-吸收光谱和荧光光谱考察探针CZ-TCF的阴离子识别性能。利用核磁滴定方法,推测探针与CN^(-)作用机理。实验结果表明CN^(-)与探针CZ-TCF之间可能发生亲核加成反应,破坏探针分子内共轭程度,导致探针CZ-TCF能够在THF/H_(2)O(9/1,v/v)混合溶液中对CN^(-)具有比色和荧光双重响应,即499 nm处最大吸收峰蓝移,600 nm处荧光淬灭,溶液颜色由粉红色变无色,红色荧光消失。与其他测试阴离子相比,探针对CN^(-)具有良好选择性、抗干扰性和灵敏性,对CN^(-)荧光最低检测限可以达到2.2×10^(-7) mol/L。A novel infrared fluorescent probe CZ-TCF was synthesized through Knoevenagel condensation reaction by using N-ethylcarbazole-3-formaldehyde(CZ)as electron-donating group and 2-dicyano-3-cyano-4,5,5-trimethyl-2,5-dihydrofuran(TCF)as electron-withdrawing group.The structure of the probe was characterized by 1 H NMR and high-resolution mass spectrometry.The anion recognition of probe CZ-TCF was investigated by UV-vis absorption spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy.The mechanism of interaction between probe and CN^(-)was explorered by ^(1)H NMR titration.The results showed that nucleophilic addition reaction might occur between CN^(-)and probe CZ-TCF and damage the degree of molecular conjugation.It caused that probe CZ-TCF had colorimetric and fluorescent dual response with CN^(-)in THF/H_(2)O(9/1,v/v)mixed solution,reflecting on the blue shift of maximum absorption peak at 499 nm,fluorescence quenching at 600 nm,the solution color turn from pink to colorless and red fluorescence disappearance.Compared with other test anions,the probe had good selectivity,anti-interference and sensitivity to CN^(-),and the minimum fluorescence detection limit of CN^(-)reached to 2.2×10^(-7) mol/L.
