摘 要:在转车站的回转支承箱体的设计中,对回转支承受力计算不足,导致使用时转车站的模态均值不稳定,出现钢轮垂直和水平的偏斜情况。因此提出地铁暗挖车站竖井横通道转车站主体技术研究。计算转车站施工时建筑相邻桩基间距避免车站出现变形,对使用时的回转支承压力进行计算确认负载力矩和摩擦阻力矩,并根据计算结果给出回转支承箱体的设计。根据箱体的设计数值计算箱体上使用的一二系悬挂弹簧的参数并对机车举升装置进行计算,通过PLC实现对转车站中设备的控制。设计对比实验,结果表明所设计转车站主体的模态均值平稳,且钢轮的垂直与水平的偏斜情况较小,证明了设计的有效性。During the design of slewing bearing box body of transfer station,the calculation deficiency of bearing force of slewing support leaded to the instability of modal mean value of turntable station and the vertical and horizontal deflection of steel wheel.Therefore,the research on the main technology of underground excavation of subway station shaft cross passage to station was proposed.Firstly,the distance between adjacent pile foundations was calculated to avoid deformation of the station.The slewing bearing pressure was calculated to confirm the load moment and friction resistance moment.The design of slewing bearing box was given according to above results.Then the parameters of the primary and secondary suspension spring used on the box and the lifting device of the locomotive were calculated according to the design of the box.The control of the equipment in the transfer station was realized by PLC.The results showed that the modal mean value of the main body of the designed station was stable,and the vertical and horizontal deflection of the steel wheel was small.It proves that this design is feasible.
