中医手法复位小夹板固定结合四黄散外敷治疗桡骨远端骨折临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中医手法复位小夹板固定结合四黄散外敷治疗桡骨远端骨折临床效果。方法:88例随机分为对照组和观察组各44例,两组均用中医手法复位小夹板外固定,观察组术后加用四黄散外敷。结果:观察组优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患肢肿胀、疼痛消退天数以及骨折愈合周数短于对照组(P<0.05),术后关节活动度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医手法复位小夹板固定结合四黄散外敷治疗桡骨远端骨折效果较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine manual reduction and small splint fixation combined with external application of Sihuang Powder in the treatment of distal radius fractures.Methods:Eighty-eight cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 44 cases in each group.Both groups were externally fixed with small splints using traditional Chinese medicine techniques,and the observation group were externally applied with Sihuang Powder after the operation in addition.Results:The superior rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter limb swelling,pain subsidence days and fracture healing weeks than the control group(P<0.05),and postoperative joint mobility was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM manual reduction and small splint fixation combined with external application of Sihuang Powder for the treatment of distal radius fractures are effective.
