妇科止痛颗粒治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察妇科止痛颗粒治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的效果。方法:160例随机分为治疗组和对照组各80例。治疗组用妇科止痛颗粒,对照组用妇科再造胶囊。结果:两组治疗后VAS疼痛评分下降,WHOQOL-BREF生活质量评分上升,且在治疗第3疗程时血沉、C反应蛋白下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组同期比较,治疗组VAS疼痛评分、血沉、C反应蛋白下降,WHOQOL-BREF生活质量评分上升幅度更大(P<0.05),且复发率更低(P<0.05)。结论:妇科止痛颗粒治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症慢性盆腔痛效果较好。Objective:To observe the effect of Fuke Zhitong Granules on the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases.Methods:A total of 160 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 80 cases in each group.Fuke Zhitong granules were used in the treatment group,while Fuke Zaimao capsules were used in the control group.Results:After treatment,the VAS pain score of the two groups decreased,the WHOQOL-BREF quality of life score increased,and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein decreased during the third course of treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group during the same period,the VAS pain score,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,and C-reactive protein decreased in the treatment group,and the WHOQOLBREF quality of life score increased more(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuke Zhitong Granules are effective in treating chronic pelvic pain with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.
