复方伤痛胶囊治疗急性踝关节扭伤临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察复方伤痛胶囊治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床效果。方法:80例随机分为复方组和对照组各40例。复方组服用复方伤痛胶囊,对照组服用三七活血丸。结果:治疗24h、48h后,两组疼痛评分治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),复方组肿胀疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方伤痛胶囊治疗急性踝关节扭伤能够有效地缓解症状,并且不良反应少。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Compound Shangtong Capsule in the treatment of acute ankle sprain.Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into a compound group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The compound group took Fufang Shangtong Capsules while the control group took Sanqi Huoxue Pills.Results:At the time point of 24h and 48h after treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in pain scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).The swelling effect of the compound group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Shangtong Capsules can effectively relieve the symptoms of acute ankle sprain,with few adverse reactions.
