益气活血通脉汤辅治不稳定型心绞痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血通脉汤辅治不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法:100例根据数字随机表法分成观察组与对照组各50例。两组均给予常规西药治疗,观察组加用益气活血通脉汤治疗。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C水平均有所改善(P<0.05),观察组改善更为明显(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血通脉汤辅治不稳定型心绞痛效果较好,且不良反应少。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai Decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods:A total of 100 cases were divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group,according to the number random table method.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group were treated with Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TG,TC,LDL-C,and HDL-C in the two groups were improved(P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai Decoction is effective in treating unstable angina pectoris,with fewer adverse reactions.
