摘  要:目的:了解重庆市主城某区护理人力资源现状,探讨研究其发展对策。方法:通过自行设计调查问卷,采取便利抽样法,对34家区卫健委下辖医疗卫生机构护理队伍的年龄、性别、职称、薪酬待遇、培训教育等情况进行问卷调查。结果:重庆市主城某区护理人力资源水平高于重庆市平均水平,但区卫健委下辖医疗卫生机构的护理人力资源水平低于重庆市的平均水平,下辖医疗卫生机构缺乏高素质护理人才。公立区属医疗机构内注册护士总数仅有182人,社区卫生服务中心注册护士总数仅203人,护理队伍有待加强。民营医院护士离职率27.37%,护理队伍的稳定性差。结论:结合主城某区护理人力资源现状,需研究探讨促进护理队伍稳定和发展的策略,以应对未来可能面临的重大公共卫生事件和分级诊疗的需要,保障区域内护理质量,提升护理服务能力。Objective:To know the current status of nursing human resources in a certain district of the main city of Chongqing,and to discuss and study its development countermeasures.Methods:Through self-designed questionnaires and a convenient sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the age,gender,job title,salary,training and education of the nursing teams of 34 medical and health institutions under the jurisdiction of the district health committee.Results:The level of nursing human resources in a district of the main city of Chongqing is higher than the average level of Chongqing,but the level of nursing human resources in the medical and health institutions under the district Health Commission is lower than the average level in Chongqing.The medical and health institutions under their jurisdiction lack high-quality Nursing talents.The total number of registered nurses in public district medical institutions is only 182,and the total number of registered nurses in community health service centers is only 203.The nursing team needs to be strengthened.The turnover rate of nurses in private hospitals is 27.37%,and the stability of the nursing team is poor.Conclusion:Considering the current status of nursing human resources in a certain area of the main city,it is necessary to study and explore strategies to promote the stability and development of the nursing team in order to cope with the major public health incidents that may be faced in the future and the needs of graded diagnosis and treatment,to ensure the quality of care in the region,and to improve the ability of nursing services.
