摘　　要：After crossing Yuanjiang Bridge on the old National Highway 213,14 wild Asian elephants wandered deep into the forests on the south side of the Yuanjiang River in Yunnan Province.When drones tracking the herd sent back real-time pictures of the elephants successfully making it back across the Yuanjiang River,protection staff burst into cheers.The successful crossing of the Yuanjiang Bridge represented the elephants overcoming the biggest obstacle on the journey back home after straying nearly 500 kilometers north of their original habitat.As the adventures of the wild elephants became international news,many joined efforts to ensure the herd returned home safely and soundly while inflicting minimal damage along the way.
