摘 要:利用量筒沉积试验研究钙质絮凝剂处理高含水率吹填淤泥的自重沉积特性,探讨不同初始含水率下添加钙质絮凝剂对泥浆自重沉积特性的影响。试验结果表明,含钙质絮凝剂泥浆的自重沉积过程可分为絮凝阶段、阻碍沉降阶段和自重固结阶段。钙质絮凝剂预处理将引起泥浆达到自重沉积稳定的时间减少,而对泥浆自重沉积稳定沉降量的影响则随絮凝剂性质不同而变化。当絮凝剂为CaCl_(2)时,主要通过Ca 2+的离子交换作用和电中和作用影响泥浆自重沉积特性。和CaCl_(2)不同,Ca(OH)_(2)的添加对泥浆自重沉积特性的影响,随沉积时间增加逐渐由絮凝作用为主转变为火山灰反应为主,故Ca(OH)_(2)预处理将引起泥浆自重沉积稳定沉降量的大幅度降低。Sedimentation model testes were carried out on dredged slurry treated by calcareous flocculants at high initial water content.The influences of calcareous flocculants on the self-weight sedimentaiton characteristics of dredged slurry were discussed based on the test results.The results show that the settling of dreged slurry with calcareous flocculants undergoes flocculatin,hindering settling and self-weight consolidation.The addition of calcareous flocculant would result in a decrease of the settling time,while the stable settlement amounts induced by self-weight sedimentation vary with the properties and dosages of calcareous flocculants.For the CaCl_(2),it mainly affects the self-weight sedimentation characteristics of dredged slurry by the ion exchange and electrical neutralization.Unlike the CaCl_(2),the effects of Ca(OH)_(2) on the self-weight sedimentation characteristics of dredged slurry is primarily controlled by flocculantion at the earlier stage,and then by the pozzolanic reaction,resulting in a substantial reduction of the stable self-weight settlement value for dredged slurry pretreated with Ca(OH)_(2).
